Local bus services are vital to our community, helping people get to work, education, leisure and to stay connected with friends and family.
We recently asked residents to share their experiences of local bus services, including what works well, the challenges they face, which services are most important to protect and what improvements they would like to see.
We have now completed our survey and received valuable feedback from residents across our community.
I will use the responses to help inform the discussions I have with those responsible for our bus services, including Arriva, Durham County Council and the North East Mayor.
